WHAT IS THE MADRASA PROGRAM'S STRUCTURE FOR THE UPCOMING ACADEMIC YEAR?
The Madrasa program for the upcoming academic year comprises three key components:
1. Hifdh Program
Schedule: Five days a week for advanced students (Monday-Friday) and a three days a week (Tuesday-Thursday) option open to all 7:00-8:00 AM
Focus: Quran memorization
2. Islamic Sciences
Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays, 4:15-5:15 PM
Focus: Memorization of Hadith, traditional texts, Aqida, and more
3. Rawha
Schedule: Tuesdays, 4:15-5:15 PM
Focus: Islamic spirituality, including Stories from Sira, adab, and Qasidas. Select sessions will focus on building Islamic character.
CAN MY CHILD ENROLL IN THE HIFDH, ISLAMIC SCIENCES, AND RAWHA PROGRAMS? IS IT MANDATORY TO ENROLL IN ALL?
While we strongly encourage students to enroll in the Madrasa Hifdh, Islamic Sciences, and Rawha programs, we understand that some may have constraints that prevent them from participating in all classes. Enrollment in all programs is not mandatory. Although these components complement each other, participation in one will not affect a student’s performance or comprehension in another. The registration process remains the same, whether students enroll in one, two, or all programs.

The Islamic Sciences program is on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:15-5:15 PM.
WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE FOR THE RAWHA PROGRAM, INCLUDING CLASS DAYS AND TIMES?
The Rawha program takes place every Tuesday from 4:15 PM to 5:15 PM.

Yes, the tuition fee for the Rawha program is distinct.
WHAT IS THE APPLICATION FEE, AND IS IT A ONE-TIME PAYMENT PER FAMILY?
The application fee is $100 and is a one-time payment per family.

Activity days for the Rawha Program might incur a small fee for transportation, materials, entrance, etc.
Sibling Discount: A 10% discount is available for children with siblings already enrolled in the Madrasa.
All programs: For those wishing to partake in Hifdh with either Rawha and Islamic Studies, Madrasa will provide a discounted rate of $1800 annually to cover the entire program. Please note, this is a flat rate for each student and would not qualify for sibling discount.
Monthly payments are accepted.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES FOR ACTIVITY DAYS OR MATERIALS?
Activity days under the Rawha program may require a nominal fee for transportation, materials, and entrance.
IS THERE A SIBLING DISCOUNT AVAILABLE FOR FAMILIES WITH MULTIPLE ENROLLED CHILDREN?
Yes, a 10% sibling discount is applicable.

How do I register my child for the program? What is the registration process?
Registration occurs through a Registration Interest Form, which doesn't guarantee enrollment. Forms are processed in the order received until enrollment reaches capacity.
When does the registration period start and end for the upcoming academic year?
The registration period is from August 26th to September 9th.
What is the age range for children eligible to participate in the Madrasa program?
Children between the ages of six to eleven are eligible.
Are there any prerequisites or prior knowledge required for enrollment?
The prerequisite for Hifdh is the ability to read from the Quran in Arabic, however, there are no prerequisites for Rawha and Islamic Sciences; all eligible children are welcome to enroll.
What are the goals and objectives of the Hifdh program in terms of Quran memorization?
The Hifdh program aims to facilitate Quran memorization and understanding, fostering a strong connection to the Quran.
What will the Rawha program focus on in terms of Islamic sciences and activities?
The Rawha program focuses on Adab (Islamic etiquette), Sira (the biography of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ), and engaging activities and interactive sessions.
What are the expectations for student behavior and conduct during classes?
Students are required to maintain proper hygiene, punctual attendance, and uphold the class code of conduct. The Madrasa Student Handbook outlines all these expectations comprehensively. We urge families to review the handbook collectively, and parents must sign an agreement policy to confirm their child's enrollment.
How will parents be informed about class cancellations or delays, especially due to inclement weather?
Parents will receive notifications via email or text in case of class cancellations or delays.
Are there any policies regarding student attendance, lateness, or absences?
Students are required to be punctual; accumulating more than two late arrivals in a semester may prompt a meeting with parents. Frequent absenteeism or lateness may influence the student's progress and could result in discussions with parents or guardians and/or potential removal from the program.
What is the procedure if my child is unwell and needs to miss a class?
Parents should inform the Madrasa staff via email of any illness-related absences.
Is there any opportunity for parent involvement or participation in the Madrasa activities?
