Allah ﷻ says, Indeed in the creation of the heavens and the earth and the alternation of the day and night there are signs for people of reason. Those who remember Allah while standing, sitting, and lying on their sides, and reflect upon the creation of the heavens and the earth. [Quran 3:190-191]
Imam al-Ghazali states that “It is evident that reflection is the key to illumination, the basis for insight, the net for catching forms of knowledge, and the snare to capture direct perception and understanding.”
In these sessions, we will cover the merit of reflection, the reality of reflection and its benefits, and the categories of reflection.
