Sayyida 'Aisha (may Allah be well pleased with her) narrates that during the 15th night of Shaʿban, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ went out to the Baqīʿ cemetery, and his head was raised to the heavens. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then said, "Truly Allah the Mighty and Majestic descends to the lowest heaven on the 15th night of Shaʿban. He then forgives a number [of people] greater than the number of hairs of the cattle of the [tribe of] Kalb." [Narrated by Ahmad, al-Bayhaqī, and Ibn Māja]

In a hadith narrated by Ahmad, Tirmidhi, and others, our mother 'Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, narrated that the Prophet ﷺ told her, that on the fifteenth night of Sha`ban, Allah forgives more people than the number of hairs on the sheep of the tribe of Kalb (which was an Arab tribe renowned for their great flocks of sheep).
